"Revisiting Target Setting" Webinar
Wednesday 06 December 2017, 12:30am - 01:30pm

Led by Sally Wootton, Founding Director, The Further Education Tutorial Network (FETN)

Please reserve your place at this webinar here

Target setting has become a key strategy in supporting learners to succeed, yet so many of us groan at the prospect and find it difficult to encourage learners to engage in the process. During this webinar I will present my own ideas of why we find target setting a challenge and how thinking about it differently, or just taking it back to basics, might help to improve our confidence and practice.

During the webinar we will consider:

  • The problem with target setting
  • Clarifying purpose & process
  • Revisiting the terminology
  • Embracing change
